Tarbell, Realtors will host a Free Career Information Workshop on Saturday, October 3rd from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The program will be held at Tarbell Corporate Headquarters located at 1403 North Tustin Ave. in Santa Ana. A complementary breakfast will be served.

Don Tarbell will be on hand to host the event. He explained that the free career workshop will examine the opportunities in real estate sales and answer the most often asked questions about a professional real estate career including, “How do I get started, and “How much money can I earn, what training do I need?”

“Now is a great time to get into this industry, said Tarbell.  For those people who love people, are hard working and want to have fun, real estate is the perfect choice.”

Tarbell went on to say that “the successful real estate professionals of 2009 and beyond will be those men and women who envision themselves as presidents of their own companies, complete with business plans and marketing strategies,” he explained.

“To help our agents now and our new agents of the future, we have developed a hard-hitting, activities-driven training program for newly licensed real estate associates called “30 Days to Success.” The results-targeted program’s primary goal is to get the new agent up and running fast, putting together a transaction in 30 days or less.”

Tarbell also pointed out that the 30-day program works great for licensed agents who need to re-focus their efforts into activities that will produce fast results with exciting rewards.

Orchestrated by Tarbell, Realtors,”30 Days To Success” explodes the age-old myth that a new agent has to wait three to six month to make that first sale or take that first listing! “In this highly competitive, very demanding world we living in, our new people simply do not the luxury of waiting three to six months to produce their first transaction…they need immediate successes not only to pay the bills but to affirm their ability to make it happen!” Tarbell emphasized.

According to Tarbell with that first, early success, the new associate gains confidence and experience.

Tarbell said that with continued application of the “30 Days To Success” program, the new agent could expect to tally one, two, three and more sales each month.  “There’s nothing like success to create more success,” he added.

The 30-day program keeps the newly licensed associate on the success track through a combination of highly targeted action items organized in an easy “can-do” time system. Lots of thought went into its development using national industry averages and research-tested strategies in getting fast and consistent results in real estate sales,” he continued.

In addition to putting a transaction together in 30 days or less, Tarbell says the program also assists the new agent to focus in on what his/her overall goals are and how to achieve these goals in a simple manner while enjoying the whole process.  “This program helps the new agent to establish priorities in real estate sales so that he or she can get the maximum benefits from work hours and have a balanced life with fulfillment away from work.”

“30 Days To Success” also helps those agents whose talents may not be in real estate sales to discover this early on.

“We really do care about each and every one of our sales associates,” Tarbell says, “and we want everyone to be successful and have fun in their careers. Not everyone is cut out for real estate sales, no more than everyone is cut out to be an astronaut!  “Tarbell’s 30 day program is a positive measurement in determining compatibility early on in the training process!”

Those scheduled to take the California real estate exam, or just considering a career change to real estate are encouraged to attend. Tarbell also pointed out that licensed agents interested in making a change are also invited.
